Privacy Notice
At GT Legal Advisoring México, SC, and/or any of its holdings, subsidiaries, affiliates, or companies and/or entities belonging to the same business group (GT LEGAL), we are aware of and recognize the importance of the treatment and use of personal information. Therefore, through this Privacy Notice (“ Privacy Notice ”), we inform you that we collect, use, store, process, transfer, and protect certain personal information under the following terms.
This Privacy Notice, as well as the information contained therein, is issued in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“ LFPDPPP ”) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010; its Regulations published on December 21, 2011, and; the Privacy Notice Guidelines published on January 17, 2013.
1. Purposes, Use & Collection of Personal Data.
1.1 Purposes and Use. As a result of our internal, corporate, commercial, advertising, customer service, and support processes, as well as our methods for information gathering, contracting, billing, follow-up, and services, we inform you that GT LEGAL collects, uses, and protects your Personal Data, including data classified as sensitive, for the following purposes (“ Purposes ”): (i) to identify, locate, and contact you; (ii) to send and provide information related to GT LEGAL; (iii) to send and provide information related to GT LEGAL's services, as well as to promote, advertise, and quote said services; (iv) to answer our clients' questions, doubts, or concerns; (v) to conduct investigations prior to any contracting, including, but not limited to, credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus, and judicial authorities; (vi) where applicable, to establish a commercial, professional, or business relationship; (vii) to fulfill and maintain all obligations or requirements that GT LEGAL must fulfill or enforce, whether contractually or by provision of any law or authority; (viii) to evaluate the quality of GT LEGAL's services, as well as the attention given to our clients; (ix) to conduct inquiries and surveys on behalf of GT LEGAL; (x) to send important notices and communications regarding GT LEGAL or its services, including information related to changes in the terms and conditions of contracting, or information regarding new services; (xi) to maintain the safety and integrity of persons who visit GT LEGAL's facilities and GT LEGAL itself; and (xii) to prepare information databases and generate statistical data for GT LEGAL's internal control.
1.2 Personal Data. We inform you that the Personal Data that GT LEGAL collects or may obtain from you and use may include, but is not limited to (“ Personal Data ”):
(a) Identification data. In the case of a natural person, full name, nationality, country, age, place and date of birth, marital status, occupation, address, landline, personal and mobile telephone numbers, official identification data and documents such as birth certificate, voter ID, passport, visa and Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), biometric data consisting of fingerprints, iris, hand geometry and facial features; and, in the case of a legal entity, name or corporate name, nationality, main activity or business, address, landline telephone number, place and date of incorporation, incorporation documents and amendments such as deeds and policies, full name of the legal representative and the powers he/she has, as well as the identification data and documents of said legal representative, among others.
(b) Electronic. Email addresses and social networks, among others.
(c) Tax documents. Tax domicile, proof of registration and proof of tax status from the Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), opinion of compliance with tax obligations issued by the Tax Administration Secretariat (SAT), proof of inclusion in the provisional or definitive list published by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) in relation to article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code, invoices, Internet Tax Receipts (CFDI's), receipts for professional fees, and annual declarations, among others.
(d) Assets. Bank details (banking institution, account number and CLABE), credit history, quotes and amount of transactions or contracts, among others.
(e) Legal. Articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, public instruments (deeds or policies) containing meetings of partners or shareholders regarding corporate reforms of company statutes and/or transfers of company shares or stock, contracts, agreements, judicial records, lawsuits, judgments or awards, among others.
1.3 Collection. Based on the foregoing, you expressly accept and authorize PAS to collect your Personal Data in any of the ways indicated below, it being understood that these ways are illustrative but not exhaustive: (i) when you provide them to us directly through a direct personal visit to our facilities; or (ii) when you provide them to us through email, telephone call or videoconference; or (iii) when you browse our Official Website (“ Website ”), or use our online services, chatbots and applications; or (iv) when you browse and contact us through any of our Official Social Networks (“ Social Networks ”); or (v) when you contact us through electronic or digital instant messaging platforms such as SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and others similar; or (vi) when you contact us directly or indirectly through the official advertising and marketing companies that are subcontracted by PAS; or (vii) when you subscribe to our Newsletter ; or (viii) when you contact us directly or indirectly through any natural or legal person, whether national or foreign, and in general, through any third party; or (ix) when you contact us through any other mechanism permitted by law. If you enter, pass through, or remain on GT LEGAL premises, you will be recorded and/or photographed for security reasons.
1.4 For this reason, we inform you that GT LEGAL is committed to ensuring that the aforementioned Personal Data will be processed under the strictest security measures that guarantee its confidentiality.
2. Transfer of Personal Data.
2.1 Please be advised that your Personal Data, including sensitive data and the data mentioned above, may be transferred by GT LEGAL and processed within and outside the country by entities other than GT LEGAL. In such cases, the data essential for a specific activity or service may be provided to suppliers, agents, or third parties that provide GT LEGAL with services inherent to or derived from our internal, corporate, operational, commercial, advertising, informational, customer service, and other processes, such as administration, finance, accounting, legal, billing and collection, advertising and marketing agencies for the services offered, companies or third parties responsible for marketing, coordination, and customer service, as well as to competent federal, state, and municipal authorities, solely and exclusively when it falls within the exceptions specified in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. Should this transfer occur, GT LEGAL will communicate this Privacy Notice to said third parties, who must comply with it.
2.2 We inform you that, by signing this Privacy Notice you accept and expressly grant your authorization to PAS to transfer your Personal Data.
3. Sensitive Personal Data.
3.1 To fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, in some cases Sensitive Personal Data (“ Sensitive Data ”) may be collected and processed.
3.2 In accordance with Article 9 of the LFPDPPP, by signing this Privacy Notice you accept and expressly grant your consent for GT LEGAL to carry out the processing of your Sensitive Data.
4. Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Personal Data (ARCO).
4.1 GT LEGAL informs you that you have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold and to be informed of the treatment we give to them, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete and to cancel them when they turn out to be excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their obtaining or to oppose the processing of these for specific purposes.
4.2 If you have provided us with your Personal Data for the purposes described above and wish to access, rectify, update, cancel, oppose or revoke the use of your Personal Data, you may request this at any time by writing to our Personal Data Processing Department, either physically at our address indicated at the end or via email to the following email addresses : contacto@taylor.mx
4.3 The written request must include the following: full name and address, email address, documents proving identity, a clear and simple description of the right being exercised (reason for the request), and, in the case of rectification of any Personal Data, the modifications to be made must be specified and supporting documentation provided. If the person submitting the aforementioned request is not the Personal Data owner, legal representation must be proven by means of a power of attorney signed before two witnesses or a public instrument, attaching identification of both the Personal Data owner and the legal representative.
4.4 Your request will be processed within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date GT LEGAL receives it, and we will inform you of our response via email within this timeframe. To respond to your request, GT LEGAL may require you to physically present the original documents that accompanied your request for verification. To do so, you must go to the address indicated in this document within 5 (five) business days following the date you are requested to do so. If you do not present the original documents within this timeframe, your request will be archived, and the terms for the processing of your Personal Data will be adjusted as established in this Privacy Notice.
4.5 If your request is valid, it will be implemented within 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the date on which GT LEGAL communicates the response to you.
4.6 We inform you that GT LEGAL may deny the exercise of ARCO rights in the following cases:
(a) When he/she is not the owner of the Personal Data or has not duly accredited the representation of the owner; or
(b) When your Personal Data is not in our database; or
(c) When the rights of a third party are infringed; or
(d) When there is a legal impediment or a resolution from a competent authority that restricts your ARCO rights; or
(e) When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously carried out.
5. Revocation of consent to the processing of Personal Data.
5.1 At any time you may revoke your consent for the processing of your Personal Data; to do so you must send your request by email to the address indicated at the end of this Privacy Notice, where you must expressly state your request.

6.1 We work daily to limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data. At GT LEGAL, we have implemented policies and mechanisms that administratively, technically, and physically protect the Personal Data you have provided to us in order to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, publication, modification, or destruction of Personal Data. These privacy practices are carried out continuously to ensure the protection, privacy, and confidentiality that Personal Data deserves.

7. Authorization.
7.1 By accessing our facilities, as well as through the use of our Website, or our Social Networks, or by subscribing to our Newsletter, or by exchanging communications through telephone, videoconference, email or instant messaging applications, you give your consent for your Personal Data to be collected, used, stored, processed, transferred and protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice and for the Purposes, terms and conditions established herein.
8. Authorization.
8.1 GT LEGAL reserves the right to make partial or total modifications or updates to the Privacy Notice at any time, whether due to changes in GT LEGAL's internal policies, or as a result of legislative reforms or jurisprudential criteria issued from time to time that establish new requirements or processes; the foregoing being understood to mean that the latest version of the Privacy Notice published on our Website will be considered the updated and current version of said Notice.
8.2 In the event of any changes to the policies of our Privacy Notice, GT LEGAL will communicate them in a timely manner through its Website or its Social Networks, or by email.
